Job Responsibility

Define test strategy to Zuora products and features

Test execution & coordination & follow through

Develop automation test for Zuora product end-to-end testing and service integration testing

Design and develop tooling to address testing requirements

Conduct research on emerging technologies and help implement on test methodologies, test tool

Continually increase the complexity and test coverage of System, Functional and Non-Functional tests

Continuously streamline and improve the testing life cycle to increase quality of delivery and efficiency

Job Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, or relevant education/experience.

8+ years in software testing, test automation or test development role.

Proven experience with delivering high quality software products within a full development lifecycle.Experience with Agile Methodology a plus.

Experience with and good understanding of OO programming and concepts, preferably Java.

Has worked with automated tools and testing frameworks to optimize test case development and execution, is familiar with CICD and test coverage analysis. With expertise in debugging test failures and test automation environments

Strong grasp of various QA and SDLC methodologies

Experience testing in a distributed system, service-oriented architecture or SaaS product is a huge advantage

Working knowledge of Cloud technologies (Docker, AWS) is a plus

Knowledge of performance testing. Experience in tools (either commercial or self developed) of generating load and concurrency, measuring performance metrics, performance profiling (e.g. JProfiler, Yourkit) is a big plus

Good verbal & written communication skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and organizations. Work well in an entrepreneurial, team environment and be willing to remain vocal with thoughts and ideas.

A passion for troubleshooting & problem solving is required.

With a strong desire to learn new products and a new business domain

2. 有 Java 编程经验，和自动化测试经验，不一定非得自己开发过复杂的框架，有上手能力，遇到问题再学习，提升
3. 有多方面的测试经验，而不是只有手工，功能测试经验，这一点是为了适应敏捷开发，快速迭代要求的。
4. 最好有 saas, 云计算的经验，这是个背景考核，因为我们是基于 aws 提供服务，所以 Docker, AWS, Jenkins 等都在日常工作中使用。
5. 工作经验不一定要 8 年以上，但最好是大于 5 年吧，具体等级，看面试情况定。
