命令没有错，发现现在使用最新 stf 版本，其他电脑连接的时候并不需要执行这个命令了。

解决了。原因是执行 atf 安装命令的时候是从国外下载的，国内会被墙，导致部分文件缺失。我最后找了个国内的 stf 安装镜像源，下载快，安装后也没有问题。
