尝试了使用接口测试工具 httpRequester 请求接口是有成功返回报文的，但在用 Python 脚本请求，返回的是 commandID not found；
顺带一提的是有些接口是可以成功请求的，请求失败的 xml 请求报文都比较长，有 300 多行甚至 1000 多行的。
