Responsibilities:

• Test scenario and test data creation.

• Development automation test cases in a developer manner.

• Integration RTS systems with other systems in Thomson Reuters.

• Reproducing production issues in lab.

• Build and maintain test bed systems.

• Production support and handle production issue in timely manner.

• Stress testing for performance optimization.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree (5+ years work experiences) or higher in Computer Science or any related field. Master degree is preferred. (3+ years work experiences)

• Demonstrated good skill in software quality insurance full lifecycle. Strong communication skill with pervasive presentation capability. Assertive communication style.

•Wider interests and good self-learning. The candidate shows wider interests for the technologies, and eager to learn the new technologies and business.

• Passion with the business and good team player. The candidate shows great passion to the work in RTS team’s innovation.

• Experiences in large scale distribution system testing. Rich experiences on the problem resolving in large scale system.

•Good solution provider with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including high degree of attention to detail and accurate processes.

•Excellent written and oral English communication skills and the ability to work well in an international environment.

• Rich experience in Agile process and good at Agile tools such as JIRA.

• Rich experience on continues integration environment and integration of automation test tools such as Jenkins, Robot.

• Rich experience on automation test. Know how to build up automation test bed and effectively run large scale automation test cases.

• Maintenance experience in one of the big data environment (e.g. Hadoop, Spark, HBase, Elastic Search and etc.) is required.

• Experience with Java or Scala is required.

• Capable to Utilize the unit test tools for development test case build up. Familiar with Test Driven Development process.

• Capable for test coverage analyses.

• Experience with one of the script languages (e.g. Python, Ruby, Perl, Java Script etc. )

• Experience with Docker, and Cloud environment is preferred.

• Capability of using debug tools for JDK environment to allocate problem.
