Responsibilities:
Be responsible for test environment maintenance, test cases/scripts/documentation design, and test cases execution in project for big data initiatives
Use big data technologies to program automation scripts or design and develop test framework/tools
Analyze and report on the results of testing and defects found during the test
Work as a member of a development team in an agile style; deliver the work within committed timeframe and with acceptable quality.
Conduct testing using company-specific manual or automated processes and tools
Participant in the day to day system issue analysis and maintenance once new systems are online
Drive the project/issues solving and co-ordination with other internal or external teams if necessary
Required Skills:
3+ years working experience in QA with focus on backend and data processing related components
Solid understanding of testing methodologies
Excellent understanding of software automation testing
Demonstrated testing experience with HBase, Hadoop (HDFS and MapReduce)
Experience of using Selenium, Robot framework or other functional test automation tools
Basis knowledge of Linux/Unix
Bachelor Degree or higher in Computer Science or any related field.
Passion with the business and good team player.
Good communication skill in both Chinese and English.
Demonstrated experience in all phases from requirement analysis to release of production quality systems
Good solution provider with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
