职位：QA Tester / 测试工程师
对于你来说，你将是负责整个测试流程和体系建立人也是那个将流程和体系贯彻始终执行的。你需要将产品在不同平台上进行测试。而且你还将与产品团队，开发团队以及其他可能涉及到的人员进行跨部门合作以保证我们的产品达到高质量的水准。
岗位职责：
制定 QA 管理规范，制定 QA 报告方法和标准，创建产品发布流程；
从测试和用户的角度给产品团队提出相关建议，进行风险预估；
按照产品设计需求，结合使用场景进行测试用例的设计并加以完善；
与各部门紧密协作，不断推动测试进度，对结果进行收集与分析，帮助开发人员在规定时间内解决问题并进行验证;
对现有项目管理工具的整合和提升
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，计算机相关专业优先；
2、 2 年 IT 公司工作经验，并有 1 年以上 QA 相关工作经验 ；
3、熟悉测试流程，Bug 管理流程，具有良好的文档归纳和编写能力；
4、有较强的逻辑和自我学习能力，细致认真，有责任心；
5，良好沟通协调能力及团队合作精神，极强的执行力；
6、流利的英语听说读写能力，能适应英语工作环境；

English Vision ：
In this role, you will be responsible for establishing QA processes and leading the conversation on the testing of our product published across different platforms.
You will collaborate with cross-functional QA, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure our products meet the highest quality requirements.
Job Responsibility：
Establish and evolve formal QA processes, oversee all aspects of QA including metrics, best practices, and opitimizing the processes.
Learning product, understand the design of the feature and design test cases accordingly, especially be able to design end user scenarios.
Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases and coordinating resources.
Participate in testing and trouble shooting of product and write test cases with detailed test steps.
Collaborate with the team members on a daily basis and distribute the information accordingly to all appropriate parties.
Produce reports and written documentation for all work efforts, activities, logging, and tracking.
Requirements：
Bachelor degree or above, software engineering or computer science preferred
Fluent English and Chinese verbal and written communication skills
2 + years work experience in IT company，and over 1 year professional experience in QA testing
Very familiar with testing process and Bug tracking management
Excel in working and prioritizing in a fast-paced, constantly shifting environment.
Self-motivated and gets things done: able to identify high-impact issues and execute on opportunities to improve the QA process
Highly detail-oriented
Bonus：
Programing experience is plus
